Form Action Types

The BDP id should be inserted into the form as a hidden field. The ID is available in the post metadata as '_reference_number':

Home Report Request

Field names required:

• bdp_id – the bdp property id, as a hidden field in the form
• message – a free text message
• first_name
• last_name
• tel – phone number
• email

Viewing Request

Field names required:

• house_no – this is the details of the property to be valued
