Placeholders for Matching Preamble

The placeholders below can be used in the preamble section in the Multi-Property Emails widget that “holds” the branded templates for Matching emails and the text.

{{ details.bedRooms }} Minimum number of bedrooms in primary search criteria (Matching).
{{ details.minPrice }} Minimum bound of value of property searching for in primary search criteria (Matching).
{{ details.maxPrice }} Maximum bound of value of property searching for in primary search criteria (Matching)

Placeholder usage Description
{{ details.primaryContact.salutation }} If the Salutation field is left blank then the default salutation is used.
{{ details.primaryContact.defSalutation }} Default salutation no matter how the Salutation field is completed.
{{ details.primaryContact.cTitle }} The honorific added, such as Mrs, Ms, Mr, Mx etc.
{{ details.primaryContact.foreName }} Their forename.
{{ details.primaryContact.firstName }} Same as above, their forename.
{{ details.primaryContact.middleName }} Their middle name.
{{ details.primaryContact.surname }} Their surname or family name.
{{ details.primaryContact.lastName }} Same as above, their surname or family name.
{{ details.primaryContact.fullName }} Their full name, including any middle name(s) but excluding honorifics.

  • These placeholders follow the same remit as per the Primary Individual.
  • The second individual replaces primaryContact with people.0, the third individual with people.1 etc.

{{ details.nameStringWithTitles }} As above but with honorifics, e.g. Mrs, Mx, Miss, Mr etc..
{{ details.firstNameString }} Same as above, using just the indivudlas forename.
