The account configuration widget sets most of the basic options for the features your business requires.

| Download Images | Allow users to download images from the photos widget. |
| Feed Notifications Email | Enter the email address to send feed notifications emails to. |
| Multi Checklists | Allow multiple checklists |
| Critical List Widget | Display the Critical List widget. |
| Repeating Events | Allow repeating events in the calendar |
| Hide V Feedback | Hide viewing feedback from the vendor in vendor report |
| Editable Contact Notes | Allow contact notes to be edited |
| Offers Tab | Display the dedicated Offers tab below the property summary box |
| External Solicitors | Allow external solicitors to be used as opposed to in-house only |
| UI Lazy Loading | Allow lazy loading of the properties listing and contacts listing |
| Online Payments | Accept online payments and display the online payments widget |
| Entry Date on Offers | Display a field for the entry (completion) date when entering an offer |
| Property Update Notes | Property Update Notes are added to the property update report which can then be sent to the vendor. Used if you send a regular update report to your vendors. |
| GUI Notes Widget | Allow rich text in the notes widget, eg. Bold, italics, underline, etc. so show the rich text toolbar |

| Applicant Contact Notes | Display the applicants contact notes input to allow contact notes to be made against the applicant record |
| Notes Widget | Display the notes widget on the property details page |
| Sales Work Orders | Allow the creation of work orders on Sales properties (default is lettings properties only) |
| Vendors in Contacts | Display a listing of all vendors in the contacts section |
| Solicitors in Contacts | Display a listing of all solicitors in the contacts section |
| Notes of Interest | Allow Notes of Interest to be entered against properties (Scotland) |
| Portal Importing | Display the Portal Import widget to allow for the direct importing of properties from Rightmove, Zoopla, etc. |
| Closing Dates | Allow Closing Dates to be entered against a property (Scotland) |
| Default Currency | Default currency for property price |
| Cache | Turn on the cache for significantly faster loading of UI pages (default is ON) |
| Lettings | Make the lettings section available |
| Sales | Make the sales section available |
| External Agents | Allow external estate agents to be entered against a property (search agencies only) |
| Property Rooms | Display the rooms widget allowing for all rooms and dimensions to be entered |
| Sign Order Email | If using a sign agency, enter the email to send sign requests to |
| Send QR code to signage | Include an image of the QR code with the sign order. The QR code can be used to link to the property on your website using the BDP API. If your website URL changes please update BDP Domain Details widget. |
| Viewing Callback | Default reminder time (in hours after a viewing has taken place) to display a reminder in the BDP dashboard to call back the applicant |
| Valuation Callback | Default reminder time (in hours after a valuation has taken place) to display a reminder in the BDP dashboard to call back the vendor |
| Log Email | Email address to send BDP system logs to. Should be a technical administrator mailbox. |
| Default SMTP Sender | Default sender for all rule-based communications sent by BDP. Options are Mandrill or Mailgun (default Mandrill) |
| SMTP Host | If using your own SMTP email service for all rule-based communications enter the host. |
| SMTP Username | If using your own SMTP email service for all rule-based communications enter the username |
| SMTP Password | If using your own SMTP email service for all rule-based communications enter the password |
