Multi-property email

When matching properties to an Applicant, it is highly likely that there will be several properties matching their criteria. In this instance you will use the Multi-Property email template to email the details of all matching properties to the applicant.

The default template uses the logo you uploaded to the Branding > Logo and Colours widget. This template can be fully customised by uploading new Outer and Inner template code to the widget. The Outer code wraps the whole email and includes the header, preamble and footer. The Inner template wraps each individual property. Thus the Inner template is repeating and the Outer is static.

In this widget you can specify the size of the property image to include with the property details. This parameter is optional as it can either be hard-coded in the HTML or specified in this dialogue box.

The muli-email preamble is the default text to be included at the start of the email. This is customisable each time an email is sent out.

N.B. When adding custom templates to BDP, the path must be absolute and full, e.g. http://www.mydomain.com/my-templates/custom-template.html
