Below is a list of all sales statues that can be selected in BDP. Please note that not all of these will be visible and can be turned on by an admin in the configuration section.

| Pre Market | Can be interchanged with Take-on – instruction has been won by firm but preparation for marketing is ongoing | N/A |
| Take-on | Can be interchanged with Pre-Market – instruction has been won by firm but preparation for marketing is ongoing | N/A |
| Lost | A valuation has been conducted but the business has not been won by the firm | N/A |
| Available (interchangeable with For Sale) | The property is live on the market | Will feed through as Active |
| For Sale (interchangeable with Available) | The property is live on the market | Will feed through as Active |
| Temp Withdrawn | The property has been taken off the market temporarily | Property will be removed from all portals |
| Withdrawn | The property has been taken off the market indefinitely | Property will be removed from all portals |
| Sold (STC) | The property has had an offer accepted but the paperwork is not yet complete | Will feed through as Under Offer |
| SSTCM | The property has had an offer accepted but is not legally binding until missives are concluded | Will feed through as Under Offer |
| Under Offer | The property has had an offer accepted but is not legally binding until missives are concluded | Will feed through as Under Offer |
| Under Offer STSU | The property has had an offer accepted but is not legally binding until missives are concluded | Will feed through as Under Offer |
| Off Market | Property has been added to BDP but will not appear on the open market | |
| Missives Concluded | The date that the missives are concluded on the property | Property will no longer be on the market |
| Sold (keep live) | The property has been sold but continues to be displayed for marketing purposes | The property will be kept live on the firm’s own website will a status of ‘Sold’ but will be removed from all other portals |
