If you have forgotten your BDP password, you can reset it very easily as follows:
- Go to http://bdphq.com
- Click the Login link at the top of the page
- In the login panel find the link to Forgotten Password
- Enter your email address where shown
- You will receive an email by return linking you to a page on BDP where you can enter a new password
