Document store

The Document Store is a powerful feature that allows for the storing of any document against a property. BDP is able to handle the following file types:

Templates are Word documents that contain placeholders which BDP identifies and fills in with date from the database.

For example, a memorandum of Sale will contain placeholders for the Applicant, the Vendor, the Property address, the Price, conveyancing solicitors on both sides, special conditions, exclusions, proposed completion date, and so on.

A list of all placeholders is as follows:
