Applicant contact notes enable users to keep track of all correspondence with applicants.
Clicking in the date and time field brings up a calendar where you can select the time and date of the note. By default the time and date is set to the current time.
Clicking the contact type drop-down allows you to choose whether the contact was in person, over the phone, by email, etc.
To assign a property to the contact note, start typing any part of the property address and all matching properties in the system will be displayed. Click on the one required and it will be displayed in the box and the contact note will be associated with that property when the property record is accessed.
Enter any text required in the notes field. This field must be filled in and it is not editable once the note has been saved, so please be sure to fill in carefully.
