The Contacts: Management widget allows firms to:

• Assign a local or internal reference number or code to the applicant
• Associate a specific negotiator with an applicant, tenant, landlord or vendor. This helps track individual negotiator activity.
• Assign a buying category to an applicant as follows:

• Unknown (U)
• Property on Market (POM)
• Not on Market (NOM)
• Under Offer (UO)
• Nothing to Sell (NTS)
• Property to Sell (PTS)
